How does a day look, in an oil-infused life?  Follow me through the day ~ But wait ~ This might look like too much, or overwhelming.  Your day won't look like this when you get your kit!  It takes time to get to know your oils, to make them part of your daily healthy regimen.  But once you start, well. . . Once you start you will see and feel such a difference that you will reach for your oils frequently throughout the day.

Morning

  • A shower with my self made shower gel -peppermint to wake me up.  Foaming face wash with lemongrass
  • An anti-aging serum infused with frankincense, rose, and lavender (carrot seed is in my next order -- can't wait to add that!)
  • Brush with thieves toothpaste (my time with the dental hygienist has been cut way short these days -- in and out of the chair in no time!)
  • Endoflex on the toes and lower back, Joy over my heart, Brain Power and Clarity on my brain stem.  If there's a snow day I've got Stress Away on my wrists
  • While the coffee drips I down my shot of NingXia Red and take my Master Formula and Sulfrazeme capsules

Mid Day

  • Counters, sinks, toilets get the Thieves Household Cleaner Treatment as needed
  • Diffuser in the kitchen -- usually Joy or Lemon
  • Sipping on my water with a drop of Lemon and a drop of Grapefruit oils (do a search for d- limonine, a key constituent in Lemon and Grapefruit essential oils to learn the health benefits.  Ah-Mazing!)
  • While I rehearse on the piano there is Peppermint in the diffuser to keep my mind from wandering.  And, maybe another drop of Brain Power on the back of my neck.
  • A spicy lunch requires a topical application of Digize just below the sternum -- Blessed Relief!
  • If there is a tough project to complete or a meeting to attend a NingXia Nitro shot for cognitive support
  • Pre-workout Valor on the wrists.  Deep Relief on knees.  Post-workout it's Deep Relief again, sometimes with Copiaba for an additional "ahhhh". And, thank you Young Living for my Ortho Sport!

Dinner Time --It depends. Young Living Vitality Essential Oils are fabulous flavor enhancers for many dishes.  Lemon and Orange in muffins and cakes or in a sauce for chicken.  Oregeno Oil if there's Italian.  Ginger in a Chinese dish.  It all depends on the menu.  Digize Vitality under the tongue if someone overindulges.

Evening and Bedtime

  • Peppermint, Brain Power, or Clarity in the diffuser during homework
  • Sleepytime Foot Balm on every kid's piggies.  Cedarwood on mine.
  • A soak in a tub with Epsom salts infused with lavender
  • Lavender in the diffuser in one bedroom, Peace and Calming in the other
  • Bed linens are misted with Lavender Pillow Spray

Sick Kid at home?  Shoveled too much snow?  Major audition coming up?  Well we've got an oil or blend for all that too!
